We want your home to feel just right, so if your purchase from The Six Bells doesn't fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
